Marketing & Plan Design
To ensure best value and meet your strategic compensation objectives, our plan design consulting involves in-depth market research and objective factual analysis. The steps of the marketing process include (many of these are concurrent):
- Strategic Planning: Determine client's short- and long-term employee benefits objectives, challenges and needs; compile market trends; conduct actuarial data analysis; build a strategic plan in collaboration with the client
