Choose from the Balance plans that let you see any doctor, the Welcome plans that give you five visits before your deductible kicks in, or the Healthpays HSA plan that can be paired with your own health savings account.

Group Health Plans are not available to residents in the following counties: Adams, Asotin, Chelan, Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Douglas, Ferry, Garfield, Grant, Gray Harbor (except 98541, 98557, 98559, 98568), Jefferson, Klickitat, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pacific, Pend Oreille, Skamania, Stevens and Wahkiakum.
