Regence BlueShield offers a variety of plans for individuals and families, ranging from comprehensive to catastrophic coverage, as well as a plan that meets the criteria for a health savings account. The new Regence BreakthruSM plans also cover work-related injuries. These plans are available in all Western Washington counties, except Clark. The plans are also available in the following Eastern Washington Counties: Columbia, Klickitat, Walla Walla and Yakima.
Regence Plans are not available to residents of the following counties: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Clark, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens and Whitman.
LifeWise Health Plan of Washington offers a variety of plans ranging from comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible to catastrophic plans with up to a $10,000 deductible as well as plans that meet the criteria for a health savings account. LifeWise plans cover work-related injuries. LifeWise plans are available in all Washington State counties.
Premera Blue Cross offers a variety of plans ranging from comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible to catastrophic plans with up to a $10,000 deductible. Premera Blue Cross also covers work-related injuries. These plans are available in all counties except Clark.
Group Health Cooperative offers a variety of plans for individuals and families, ranging from comprehensive to catastrophic coverage as well as plans that meet the criteria for a health savings account. All plans cover work related conditions. Group Health Cooperative also offers a dental plan if you purchase one of their medical plans. Group Health Cooperative Western Washington plans are available in Grays Harbor (98541, 98557, 98559, 98568), Island, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, Thurston and Whatcom counties. Group Health Cooperative Eastern Washington plans are available in Spokane and Whitman counties. Group Health Cooperative Central Washington plans are available in Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Kittitas, Walla Walla and Yakima counties.
