Direct Reimbursement

Our innovative employer sponsored self-insured reimbursement plans allow you to pay for actual care instead of insurance premiums. The plan is fully customizable, so the employer determines the levels of reimbursements and the maximums under the plan. This program can help you lower your spending and administration workload on dental/orthodontia/vision.

In addition to the cost saving potential, the Direct Reimbursement plan offers added benefits to the employees. It often may reimburse employees for a higher percentage of their expenses than a traditional dental plan. It also allows the employee to select any licensed dental service provider, and the reimbursement is not subject to the “Usual and Customary” limitations.

Here’s a sample comparison of a fully insured dental plan and Gallagher Reppond’s Direct Reimbursement plan:
